In September 2019, fueled by an extreme passion for desserts, Ohcake was born. From a humble, unknown shop to one that is now widely recommended and talked about, we are grateful to see more and more people discovering and loving our creations. We have earned a strong reputation thanks to our dedication, professionalism, and respect for the world of desserts.
We have always believed that the taste and quality of our desserts are paramount. Our goal and motivation are to bring joy to everyone with that sweet, delicate flavor. We remain true to our original intent, constantly working on developing new and delicious flavors. If our desserts can add a touch of sweetness to your life, that would be our happiest moment. Regular delivery will take place from around 6 PM to 9:30 PM in the evening. The exact delivery time for delivery cannot be guaranteed, so there should be someone available to receive the delivery during this time. Please note that changes to the delivery address cannot be made after 5 PM on the day of delivery (the delivery company does not allow address changes). If you need to change the delivery address, please be sure to inform us before 5 PM.
After the driver arrives at your address, they will call you. For condos or apartments, the driver will not deliver to your door and will contact you by phone to arrange a meeting downstairs. If you do not answer the call, the driver will leave the delivery in the lobby or another designated area for packages and will take a photo as proof, then send you a text notification. The entire delivery process is coordinated by the delivery company, and our customer service will not separately inform you about pickup matters. During the delivery time frame, it is essential to keep your phone available and be ready to answer the driver's call. If the delivery is lost due to your failure to answer the call, Ohcake will not assume any responsibility.
Our store is on the second floor inside the building, and there is a passageway to the right of the small stage next to the elevator.
